"As someone who began my career as a classroom teacher, I remember the frustration of wanting my students to succeed but not always having a clear understanding of what true mastery of the standards looked like. Like many teachers, I was working incredibly hard—but I didn’t always have the tools or clarity to translate standards into instruction that moved students to proficiency.
That experience shaped my purpose.
Today, I work with school leaders to strengthen instructional leadership and support teachers in making the high-impact moves that truly change student outcomes. My focus is helping educators develop the systems, strategies, and instructional clarity needed to move students from compliance to critical thinking.
Because when teachers and leaders are equipped with the right tools and support, every student has the opportunity to thrive academically and develop into a confident thinker."
