The Urban Educator Meetup is a quarterly after-hours experience created for educators to step away from the demands of the school day, connect with colleagues, celebrate the work they do, and recharge in community.
EIB believes some of the most valuable expertise in education isn't always at the front of the room—it’s in the room. The Meetup creates an environment where educators can share experiences, exchange practical ideas, build authentic relationships, and discover new opportunities through one another.
This is more than a networking event. It is a space to unwind, be inspired, and remember that you don't have to do this work alone.

The Blueprint Leadership Exchange is a quarterly after-hours experience created for school and district leaders to step away from the demands of leadership, connect with peers, exchange ideas, and recharge in community.
EIB believes that some of the most valuable leadership expertise isn't always standing at the front of the room—it’s in the room. The Exchange creates space for leaders to share authentic experiences, talk candidly about the realities of leadership, learn from one another, and collaborate around the challenges and opportunities they face every day.
Through meaningful conversations, peer connections, and curated experiences, leaders have the opportunity to expand their professional networks, celebrate leadership, and leave with new perspectives and relationships that can strengthen their work and the communities they serve.
